Cranberry & Sage Triscuits: Thanksgiving Leftover Topper

Today I made an appetizer based off of a Thanksgiving themed Triscuit box.  Cranberry & Sage Triscuits topped with sliced turkey, stuffing, some herb goat cheese (instead of brie) and cranberry sauce.

The result was ok.  Jellied cranberry sauce is definitely lacking in  presentation wow.  But who likes whole cranberry sauce?  Ick.
