Another Trip of a Lifetime

Starting tomorrow we are going to embark on an amazing cross country trip to CA and back. Over 22 days of travel through 14 different states, visiting 11 different national parks.  We will be staying in 5-6 different biomes.  Cabins, air bnb, hotels and my brothers brother's place will all be our home for the next month.  I will be posting pictures and observations here and on Facebook for those of you with access to that.

We will be facing a pandemic, riots and now a tropical storm in AL...but it's going to be great!! Stay tuned!

Cranberry & Sage Triscuits: Thanksgiving Leftover Topper

Today I made an appetizer based off of a Thanksgiving themed Triscuit box.  Cranberry & Sage Triscuits topped with sliced turkey, stuffing, some herb goat cheese (instead of brie) and cranberry sauce.

The result was ok.  Jellied cranberry sauce is definitely lacking in  presentation wow.  But who likes whole cranberry sauce?  Ick.

Clear!!!! I think we might have a pulse!

I've let this thing languish unattended for too long. and I can't let it go just yet. Not exactly sure what to do with it, but when I figure that out I'm sure I'll do something.

I can't even begin to tell you how badly I need this to be real.

The news over the teacher with the blog sparked my interest to post on mine.

I love my school district. Love EM!

Kids are great...classes rock! I can teach physics and talk about the wonders of plasmonics with 12 year olds.

On top of that they laugh at my jokes.
